Mango Muscle Smoothie

1 cup frozen mango chunks
½ cup mango nectar, chilled
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
3-4 ice cubes
Agave nectar or honey, to taste
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice, to taste 

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes 1 (14.5oz) smoothie.
